Our Athlete of the week this week is Kenny Shepard. Kenny is a senior here at Allatoona and has been wrestling for four years. “Kenny had some really good matches last year and has been practicing really hard.” says coach Kyle Norred. “My favorite memory wrestling is beating a region champion at sectionals junior year.” Kenny plans to join the military after he graduates from high school. His advice to younger players is “work as hard as you can and never ever give up.”
