Congratulations to Grace Martin for being nominated as Athlete of the Week! She is in the Dance team and is a senior in Allatoona. She has been in Dance for two years, and she believes that she was nominated for her dedication for her team, and she shows up when she can. Coach Echols says, “Grace has gone above and beyond this first week of practice. She has created and led conditioning workouts and set an awesome example for her other teammates!” She loves making new friends on her team, they clicked instantly, and she loved going to state comp with them. She wants to continue to be in dance while in college but only as a hobby, not a career. Grace also offers some advice to younger athletes: “Always stay dedicated and have an open mind even when things don’t go your way.” Congratulations again to Grace Martin for being nominated as Athlete of the Week!
