Coach Coggins has a BA from Kennesaw State University in Secondary English Education. Prior to that, she played seasonal flag football in high school for Homecoming. She has been teaching for five years and coaching for three years.

Coach Coggins’ family resides in Newnan and Woodstock, and she is the first grandchild to attend and finish college. She is also the only teacher in her family. Coach Coggins finds inspiration in Theodore Roosevelt, who said, “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”
