Coach Hannah Scott played beach and indoor volleyball in high school then went on to Montana State University where she earned her Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Science while playing volleyball. She was a five year letter winner at Montana State University in Bozeman. She earned All-Conference honors in her final three seasons and was a part of the All-Academic team every year. Coach Scott was the 16th member of the team to join the 1000 kill club and has the fourth highest kills in program history. She was inspired to start playing volleyball by her uncle, Damien Scott, who won a National Championship at UCLA when she was seven years old. She grew up in Southern California and was coached and mentored by some of the best in the game including Eric Fonoimoana, Holly McPeak, Barbara Fontana, Nick Lucena, and Brooke Niles. She has been coaching for the last seven years privately as well as for a couple of clubs.

Coach Scott is excited to be joining the Bucs this season! She comes from a very close family and is the oldest of four younger siblings. She also has a daughter of her own. She looks up to Tim Tebow and Kerri Walsh, and she finds inspiration from Tebow’s quotation: “Talk about your blessings more than you talk about your burdens.”Â
