General Info: This camp is designed to teach technique, drills, and fun competitions that will enhance each wrestlers’ ability to be successful on the mat.

Techniques: Wrestlers will learn proper stance and motion, foot work, takedown set-ups and finishes, turns on top, and escapes on bottom. In addition, wrestlers will learn how to put all of these techniques together.

What to Bring: T-Shirt & Shorts, Wrestling Shoes (If you have them), & Water Bottle
