This week’s Athlete of the Week is Murphi Kee. Murphi is a senior at Allatoona and is on the Varsity Softball team. “She has taken a leadership role as a senior, comes to practice every day, and gives 110 percent,” says Coach Strickland. “Her hard work and positive attitude show on and off the field.” After high school Murphi plans to go to college to play softball. Murphi’s advice for younger players is to “give it 110 percent in practices and in games, and show your coach that you are able to do it because that is one thing that a coach looks for.”
