Coach Davis has a B.S. from Kennesaw State University in Health and Physical Education, and a Master of Arts in Health Studies from The University of Alabama. He has been teaching and coaching for 16 years, and during that time he has also coached football, soccer, basketball, and golf. He is from Cobb County and he played football at McEachern High School. He is married to Annaleise Davis, who is also a teacher, and they have three children, Nate, Noah, and Charlotte.

This is his second season coaching Flag Football at Allatoona. In 2020, the Bucs were Area 2 Champions, and advanced to the State Semifinals.
