Coach Anderson graduated from Collins Hill High School (Gwinnett County, GA) in 2004, where he was a three-year letterman in both Football and Track & Field. He continued his academic journey at Kennesaw State University, earning his degree in Mathematics.

He currently teaches Mathematics at Allatoona High School and serves as a Senior Class Sponsor. A longtime Buccaneer, Coach Anderson has been proudly involved with both the Varsity Football program since the school opened and the Varsity Track & Field program.

Coach Anderson is a selfless leader who values discipline, accountability, and character, and he works tirelessly to support and uplift the young men in the program.

He is married to Mallory Poteet Anderson, an elementary school teacher at Lewis Elementary School. They have two beautiful daughters, Alys (5) and Amelia (2). The Anderson family is deeply proud to be part of the Allatoona community and the tradition of excellence that defines Buccaneer Athletics.
