Coach Jones has his Masters in Middle and Secondary Education from Kennesaw State University. Coach Jones has coached for soccer for 17 years.

In high school, he played soccer, basketball, and ran cross-country. He currently teaches at Allatoona High, in the CTAE department as a Computer Science Instructor.
