Head Coach, Men’s Golf
Coach Vickrey has a B.S. in Mass Communication and a M.A. in Education. He has been teaching and coaching for twenty-two years. In high school, he competed in basketball and baseball. He has been awarded six regional golf titles.
Coach Vickrey is married to Amy, and they have two children, son Collin and daughter Libby. Coach Vickrey views his father as his mentor, and he finds inspiration from Philippians 4:6-7: “6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God,which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Head Coach, Women’s Golf
Coach Tilton returns for his ninth season with the Bucs. He is currently the Offensive Coordinator for the Freshmen Football Team and also serves as the Head Women’s Golf Coach. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in History Education and a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology. He is the Social Studies Department Chair and teaches AP Economics here at Allatoona. Coach Tilton was a Quarterback and All-Conference Outfielder at Central Davidson High School in Lexington, North Carolina. Prior to Allatoona, he coached at The Carolina Academy in Lake City, South Carolina. His wife, Kim, is a Nurse, and they have three daughters: Meredith (age 18); Allison (age 16 who attends Allatoona); and Sara Grace (age 14 who also attends Allatoona).
